Our fee structure is based on a 15 minute blocking system. You and your doctor can plan your individual schedule according to your needs as treatment progresses by choosing time blocks based on the description below.
Initial Visit (60 min) $75.00 Consultation &Examination. Most initial visits also include treatment and home care recommendations as indicated. Second Visit (30 min) $70.00 Followup visit. Includes discussion of case,exercise prescription,home care recommendations,and treatment as indicated. 15 Minute Visit $45.00 Standard return visit. Chiropractic Adjustment &ART in one area 30 Minute Visit $70.00 Chiropractic adjustment &ART in multiple areas Orthotic Casting $400.00 Biomechanical examination and casting for custom-made orthotic devices. Fee includes fitting and casting appointments. These represent typical adult fees. For students,children,and those on premium assistance,the fee schedule is modified.

Visa,Mastercard,Debit,Cash and Cheque are accepted. Above costs do not include prescribed health aids or devices. Payment is due on the day of the appointment.
Your Extended Health Insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company.
We do not collect payment from your insurance company,with the exception of ICBC and Worksafe BC (WCB). Written reports requested for legal or insurance purposes will be billed at standard rates.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment. This allows us to best accommodate the needs of ALL our patients.
- Late arrivals may be required to either reschedule or shorten their visit times.
- Late cancellation of appointments may be subject to a $25 fee.
- Missed appointments may be subject to a fee of the full cost of the visit booked.
- When possible,we would be happy to reschedule any appointments to a time later in the same day,with no fee applied.
